Baton Rouge rapper Fredo Bang is back with a new release just in time to mend your relationship ahead of Valentine’s Day with his new single “Baby Please,” out now via EMPIRE. The release comes alongside an official music video, offering fans a softer, more vulnerable side of the usually hard-edged artist.

Over gritty 808s softened by a twinkling piano loop, Fredo steps away from his usual hard-edged street anthems and into a more vulnerable, intimate lane. “Baby Please” finds him in a melodic, more confessional mode, pleading for another chance as he owns his past mistakes, and lets his desire spill through with unfiltered honesty, jumping between emotional confession and raw physical longing.

The accompanying music video directed by Frankie Fine mirrors that duality. Sweeping city lights frame scenes of a playboy lifestyle, with Fredo tossing money in a penthouse, contrasted by more intimate moments that reveal the vulnerability beneath the surface. The visual underscores the song’s central push and pull between ego and emotion, excess and sincerity.
