Cold Circuit Killers Release Debut EP ‘Daybed Era’

CCK (Cold Circuit Killers) make their debut with a brand new four-song EP, Daybed Era, and it’s a strong way to announce their arrival. The Toronto-based duo, Alex Fawcett and Mike Conto, weave together different backgrounds and sonic approaches to create something fun, groovy, and feel-good.

The EP opens with “Sunny Days,” and it sounds exactly like the title. It’s upbeat and full of good vibes. Clean production blends drums, bass, organ, and guitar into a smooth-riding track that feels light and positive. CCK said of the EP, “If you’re not warm, you will be.” The opening song delivers on that, straight from the start.
