Global superstar Bruno Mars is ruling the Canadian airwaves this week, having achieved a massive radio trifecta with his latest hit, “I Just Might.” The single has simultaneously secured the #1 position across three major formats: Top 40, Hot AC, and AC. Warner Music Canada’s pop radio takeover sets the stage for the arrival of his highly anticipated new album, The Romantic, which is set to be released on February 27th.
On the Alternative charts, the label’s winning streak continues with sombr, who remains an unstoppable force at the format. His hit single “12 to 12” holds the #1 spot for a fifth consecutive week, extending a reign that has defined the chart’s start to the year. This sustained Alternative dominance follows closely on the heels of his recent #1 achievement at Top 40 radio with “back to friends,” showing sombr to be a true multi-format breakout success story.
