The win comes on the heels of Lee’s recent announcement of his first-ever Familee Day Food Festival, set to take place in New Orleans on May 16. Supported by Live Nation Urban and Morrow Hospitality, the festival will bring together local restaurants, creators, and fans in a celebration of food, culture, and community values that have become synonymous with Lee’s platform.
Earlier this year, Lee was also recognized with multiple honours celebrating his cultural impact and influence, including being named to TIME Magazine’s TIME100 Creators list and recognized by Complex Goated, further solidifying his standing as one of the most impactful creators of the year across digital media.
Reflecting on his win, Lee said, “I never in a million years thought I would be standing on this stage… TikTok provided me a platform to be able to show small businesses around the country.” He also took a moment to acknowledge his wife, Ronni, for her support and encouragement throughout his journey.
