Following the success of its inaugural event, Unbreakable returns to the historic Massey Hall on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, bringing together powerful performances and an equally powerful cause. The second annual concert, presented by renowned Toronto guitar teacher David Glabais, continues its mission to uplift and inspire through music, while raising critical funds to support groundbreaking cancer research and treatment.
Net proceeds from Unbreakable will benefit The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the world’s leading cancer research and treatment centres. Researchers at The Princess Margaret are pursuing the next breakthroughs in early detection, innovative treatments, and comprehensive support to create a world free from the fear of cancer. Tickets are on sale now through www.masseyhall.com.
Unbreakable originated from Glabais’ long-running tradition of hosting annual concerts to showcase the work of his music students. Last year, he staged his most ambitious show yet at Massey Hall, naming it Unbreakable after his own battle with cancer and the big goals he set for himself during recovery. The concert raised 103,652 dollars for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, inspiring Glabais to make it a yearly event. This year, Unbreakable will once again spotlight his students’ performances alongside special guests, continuing the spirit of strength and community.
Glabais, founder, performer and co-producer of the annual Unbreakable concerts, comments:
“Unbreakable is a celebration of resilience – in life, in community and in healing. We’re incredibly proud to partner with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation again, whose life-changing support of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre touches millions and embodies the very spirit of this event.”
Set in the iconic Massey Hall and produced by Rifflandia Entertainment Company, Unbreakable promises an unforgettable evening of genre-spanning performances from some of Canada’s most compelling musical talents, alongside emerging voices and surprise guests. This is more than a concert – it’s a tribute to the unyielding human spirit and a rallying cry for hope.
