Creed’s return to Edmonton on their “Summer of ’99 Tour” was nothing short of triumphant. Playing to a sold-out Rogers Place, the band drew thousands of fans eager to relive the soundtrack of the late ’90s and early 2000s. With Mammoth WVH and Big Wreck setting the stage, the energy was already electric by the time Creed emerged to thunderous applause.

The setlist blended nostalgia with raw power, featuring staples like “With Arms Wide Open,” “ My Own Prison,” and “One Last Breath.” Fans sang along word for word, with multiple attendees claiming this to be the best show they’ve ever seen. Scott Stapp’s vocals were on point for the entirety of the performance, while Mark Tremonti’s guitar work reminded everyone why Creed’s sound defined an era.

Pyrotechnics, smoke effects, and confetti punctuated the performance at Rogers Place, creating a full sensory experience. By the night’s end, it was clear that Creed had not only reignited old memories but also proved they still belong at the top of the modern rock stage.
