Yungblud Releases Live Cover of “Changes (Live from Villa Park) Back to the Beginning”

YUNGBLUD has released a live rendition of Black Sabbath’s “Changes,” recorded during the legendary Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, UK.

Held on July 5, the sold-out tribute show marked Black Sabbath’s farewell and became the highest-grossing charity concert in history, drawing over 40,000 fans. The concert will be immortalized in a feature-length film, Back to the Beginning: Ozzy’s Final Bow, set for theatrical release in early 2026 via Mercury Studios.

The single, titled “Changes (Live from Villa Park) Back to the Beginning”, is out now via Capitol / Locomotion / Island and features an all-star lineup including Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Frank Bello (Anthrax), Adam Wakeman (Ozzy Osbourne), and II (Sleep Token). All proceeds from the release will benefit Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Speaking about the single, Yungblud said,

“This was hands down the biggest moment of my entire life. I got to stand on stage and honor one of my heroes, and the fact that it has touched so many is truly overwhelming.”

Next up for Yungblud following the release of his new album, Idols, is a 16-date sold-out North American headline tour begins August 23 in Los Angeles, with support from Sawyer Hill.
