Geese Announce New Album ‘Getting Killed’ with Lead Single “Taxes”

New York rock band Geese have announced their third studio album, Getting Killed, and released its lead single, “Taxes.”

“Taxes” is the first track shared from the album and represents the overall direction of Getting Killed. Getting Killed is out on September 26th, 2025, through Partisan Records and is available to pre-order.

The album will follow their 2023 release, 3D Country, and marks a new phase in the band’s sound and approach. Recorded in Los Angeles with producer Kenneth Blume over a month-long session, Getting Killed is said to feature a mix of new musical directions, combining experimental elements with more structured songwriting.

Geese first previewed new material from the album at live festival appearances earlier in 2025. In June, the band announced ‘The Getting Killed’ Tour, a headlining U.S. tour set for autumn 2025. It will be the largest headline tour of the band’s career.
