Deep Thrills Debuts New Single “Climax”
Los Angeles artist Deep Thrills shares his propulsive, lively single “Climax,” the latest track from his new EP, ‘How Deep Is Your Thrill?’

Los Angeles-based artist Deep Thrills has shared his propulsive, lively single “Climax,” the latest track from his new EP, How Deep Is Your Thrill?, out July 11th. “Climax” taps into a darker mood–what starts as a slow burn unravels into the gritty electroclash that this artist does best.
Commenting on the song, he states:
“I built the track around this simple synth arpeggio, I wanted to see how much I could keep it building and building until it was just chaos.”
Deep Thrills, the moniker of Matan KG, is an LA-based artist who is one-half of indie-electro outfit Paper Idol. His new EP, How Deep Is Your Thrill?, was inspired after he had a brush with death during a near-accident on a freeway overpass. Matan’s music is described as hyperclash, a brazen mix of hyperpop and electroclash.
