CroonDog Releases New Single “Dizzy”

The song was written by Evan Schnell on a trip to Big Sur, CA in a moment of reflection about the tough road to success in music. Schnell says, “This song is about the struggles of trying to make it as a musician in a crazy competitive industry.” Even though the lyrics talk about some heavy things like making mistakes and losing people, the song still keeps a fun, easygoing energy.

Schnell and bandmate Oey James recorded the track at The Barn in San Diego with producer Jordan Krimston. The punchy drums and ear-catching sounds, like a fuzzy synth guitar, helped bring “Dizzy” to life sonically in a big way.
