Jessica Sevier Signs with Paquin Artists Agency
Toronto-based singer-songwriter Jessica Sevier has joined Julien Paquin and the team at Paquin Artists Agency (PAA) for live representation. Her single “Good To Drive” drops on July 4th.

Today, Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jessica Sevier is thrilled to announce joining Julien Paquin and the team at Paquin Artists Agency (PAA) for live representation.
Sevier comments:
“I’m so grateful and excited to be working with Julien and the entire Paquin team! I want to thank them for believing in me and what I have to say as an artist. I am excited to see where this journey takes us, and I cannot wait to share my music and story with new audiences.”
The new partnership with PAA comes hot on the heels of her dynamic performance at Departure Festival and just ahead of the release of Jessica’s upbeat, yet raw and heartfelt new single “Good To Drive” set for release on July 4th via The Orchard on all streaming platforms.
Produced by JUNO Award-winning producer Derek Hoffman (Tyler Shaw, The East Pointers), who also co-wrote the song with Jessica along with multi-platinum singer-songwriter Robin Ottolini, “Good To Drive” is an anthem for the hopelessly devoted – a song about being so desperate for someone that you make yourself available to them 24/7. The song also holds special meaning, as it was the spark that helped Jessica find her voice.
Regarding the song, Sevier comments:
“This song was a gift. It’s the first one I wrote for the new record where I felt like I was writing for myself and not anybody else.”
The new track is the second release from her forthcoming EP, following her full-of-swagger first release, “Motel,” a song about confronting insecurities and a toxic relationship, laced with sultry vocals and determined lyrics. Motel recently reached 200K across all digital streaming platforms.
Jessica creates edgy, raw music that balances strength and vulnerability, always grounded in real stories for real people. Her lyrics cut deep, backed by a sound that’s both unfiltered and emotionally charged.
A classically trained vocalist, Jessica began her journey with piano and voice lessons before studying at Ontario’s Western University. She later pivoted to audio engineering to pursue a more hands-on path in music. At just 18, she released her debut single “Ghost of Tom,” and has since earned over two million career streams to date. Known for her powerful and raw live shows, she’s performed alongside acts like Jason McCoy, James Barker Band, and Tim and the Glory Boys, and showcased during Canadian Music Week and Nashville’s Whiskey Jam.
Jessica will be on the road performing at select Canadian music festivals this summer. For more information, please visit www.jessicasevier.com.
