Dynamic Talent International announced its further expansion in Nashville by opening a new office at 401 Commerce in the heart of Music City. Dynamic also announced the hire of Nashville-based agent, Robert Baugh, where he will work alongside Jamie Leslie and Jordan Cocklin, Jake Hawkins, Adam Easterling, Jordyn Rothman, representing high-profile and emerging Nashville stars including Danielle Bradbery, Drew Green, and Erin Kinsey.

After operating in Nashville for the last ten years, Dynamic Talent has built a burgeoning roster of country talent. This includes Nashville-based rising stars Danielle Bradbery, Drew Green, Chase Wright, Tyler Nance, and Erin Kinsey, as well as top Australian country artist Kaylee Bell. Dynamic is now setting their sights on establishing an even stronger foothold in the country music space, and with community collaboration with organizations including, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and a forthcoming event planned to raise donations for Music Health Alliance. Their new office, located in the center of downtown near the Ryman Auditorium, will see this agency even further embed themselves as a part of Nashville’s vibrant entertainment scene and business community.

Dynamic has also become a pioneer in the K-pop sphere, both in Nashville and across the U.S. The company was instrumental in P1Harmony becoming the first K-pop act to play a show at Nashville’s historic Grand Ole Opry, and has been working with K Pop superstars like Mamamoo and IU, the latter of which earned the company award recognition from Live Nation for its hand in launching the fastest North American arena sellout of 2024. Beyond K-pop, Dynamic Talent Group has succeeded in propelling talent as diverse as singer-songwriter Will Wood, who recently completed a first-day sell-out of all tickets nationwide, and VIP via The Master Pass and London-based indie rock band, Autoheart, who sold out their first U.S. tour in six years.

Robert Baugh stated:

“I am thrilled to start to continue my journey at Dynamic Talent as we look to expand the brand and overall footprint of DTI in the Country space and beyond. Getting the opportunity to develop up-and-coming and established artists under an already successfully Dynamic namesake is what drew me to continue my career at such an exciting and quickly growing company. I am looking forward to bringing my expertise in touring, production and artist development to an organization that has proven to be an innovator over the last 15 years.”

Trevor Swenson added:

“Extremely excited we are expanding in Nashville, perfect place to grow, looking forward to putting down deeper roots in Music City, adding more country and clients to the company and being closer to our current partners. Expanding has been a really big goal of ours for the last five years, having Robert on board and this office sets us up for success in this business community.”

Under the direction of CEO Trevor Swenson, this competitive global agency is home to a comprehensive suite of services, specializing in a hands-on approach to booking, tour marketing, and has recently launched a brand and sponsorship division. Over the past decade in particular, the company has solidified its reputation as one of the industry’s key players.

Dynamic Talent continues to push the boundaries of what a global agency can achieve. As it establishes roots in Music City, they remain dedicated to fostering talent, driving innovation, and shaping the future of entertainment globally.
