Celebrating a major milestone in its continued growth, Dynamic Talent International (DTI) marked the official opening of its new Nashville office with a launch celebration in the heart of Music City.

Located at 401 Commerce, just steps from the legendary Ryman Auditorium, the event brought together artists, industry executives, and community leaders to commemorate the agency’s deeper investment in the Nashville music scene. The event also celebrated the announcement of a pivotal new hire, veteran agent Robert Baugh and spotlighted and raised funds for Music Health Alliance, a vital organization supporting music industry professionals’ health.

Dynamic Talent, a powerhouse boutique agency known for its innovative approach to artist representation, also revealed that Baugh will join the Nashville-based team alongside Jamie Leslie, Jordan Cocklin, Jake Hawkins, Adam Easterling, and Jordyn Rothman. Together, they represent a strong roster of both emerging and established country music talent, including Danielle Bradbery, Drew Green, Chase Wright, Tyler Nance, and Erin Kinsey, as well as international acts like Australian sensation Kaylee Bell.

Trevor Swenson, CEO of Dynamic Talent International, comments:

“Nashville has always been a priority for us, and this new office solidifies our long-term commitment to the city. We’re thrilled to welcome Robert to the team—his experience, relationships, and passion for artist development will be instrumental as we continue to grow in the country space and beyond.”

Dynamic’s influence stretches far beyond country. The agency is recognized for breaking ground in the K-pop industry, having booked P1Harmony as the first K-pop act to perform at the Grand Ole Opry. DTI also represents global stars like Mamamoo and IU—whose 2024 North American tour sold out in record time and earned recognition from Live Nation. Further diversifying its reach, the agency has been instrumental in the recent U.S. success of alternative acts such as Will Wood and London-based band Autoheart.

With a track record of launching careers and driving innovation in touring, booking, and sponsorships, DTI has emerged as one of the most influential boutique agencies globally. Their Nashville launch event marks not only a celebration of past successes but a bold step forward in the agency’s mission to shape the future of the entertainment industry.
