Karolina Bnv has all the attributes of a great artist. It is all there for you to experience in her latest single, “Unforgivable Decisions.” Today marks the premiere of the song’s official music video. Mysterious in all of the right ways, the video takes you on a small tour around Karolina’s native city of Berlin. The song is from her latest EP, Yet to Come, which was released last November on Slow Motion’s sublabel Wrong Era.

“Unforgivable Decisions” stands out as a track with many influences from many eras. It features industrial-infused beats and synths that sound just as relevant now as they would have in the early 1990s. The song also features some ghostly vocals from artist, actress, and singer Karina Jilaz. It’s also an embodiment of Karolina’s ever-evolving sound. She is able to seamlessly weave through different electronic sounds and eras, and she has also become a very respectable producer.

With a comment on “Unforgivable Decisions,” Karolina states:

“May all the unforgiven, all the ghosts of the past and previous versions of you be faced and released so that you can move forward towards your upgrowth.”

As the follow-up to Lessons on Good Behaviour, Yet to Come is heavily inspired by Karolina’s time spent in the UK. Living there for five years helped shape her musical vision, enabling her to experience a wide range of electronic sounds and styles. It provided her with an invaluable music “education” that she couldn’t have achieved anywhere else.

A widely respected live DJ, her sets have become broadly admired. They showcase her ability to combine genres, like acid house, Chicago house, Detroit techno, Italo disco, and electro. Growing up listening to a wide range of genres has helped her become a more knowledgeable, diverse artist.

Thanks to her reputation around the UK, she has become highly sought after as a live DJ, performing in places like Milan, Strasbourg, and festivals across Europe, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Her sets are more than just a good time; they are an experience unto themselves. Yet to Come deepens that experience and shows why Karolina is an artist worth your time and your attention.
