G-Eazy and his “Helium Tour” packed Vancouver’s Vogue Theatre last week. The Oakland rapper visited Vancouver halfway through his tour, which started on April 4th in Connecticut. He brought along his friends Goody Grace and Marc E. Bassy.

Canadian musician, singer, songwriter, and producer Goody Grace was the first to hit the stage. Grace opened his set with “Numb.” He performed a cove of Cage the Elephant’s “Cigarette Daydreams” and close his set with “Scumbag.”

Marc E. Bassy hit the stage and started his set with “You & Me” and “Drip.” Bassy had many fans dancing and singing to his songs, and fans went crazy when he performed one of his features with G-Eazy, “Slide.” He performed eight songs, closing with “Subway Car,” but this was not the last time we saw him on stage.

The crowd went nuts as soon as the first song of G-Eazy started playing. He opened with “One of Them” and started singing from the back of the stage. He went on a run, performing hit after hit, and the fans were singing along to every song.

Suddenly, females started throwing bras and other pieces of underwear onto the stage, and G-Eazy had to repurpose his mic stand into an underwear stand at the front center of the stage, looking like a trophy.

After performing “Still Be Friends” and “No Limit,” G-Eazy left the stage for a moment, returned with a different wardrobe, and continued with “In My Head” and “Backseat.”

Marc E. Bassy returned to the stage and performed “Some Kind of Drug” and “You & Me” with G-Eazy. Eazy continued with his set and closed out with “Him & I,” “Had Enough,” and “Me, Myself & I.”

He left the stage and returned for an encore wearing a leather jacket, ready to perform “Lady Killers II” and “Lady Killers III,” and left the stage in the middle of “Anxiety.”
