Grammy winner Eric Oberstein has announced the launch of Eric Oberstein Productions, an artist mananagement and producing company.

Eric Oberstein, an internationally respected and trusted arts leader, 2x GRAMMY and 2x Latin GRAMMY-winning producer, curator, and educator, announced today the launch of his new company, Eric Oberstein Productions (EOP). EOP is an NYC-based artist management and producing company, serving as a collaborator and guide to adventurous, culture-changing artists, as well as an arts management consultancy, curating transformative programming and advising cultural organizations on strategy.

With a long track record of working with prominent artists and arts organizations, Oberstein — a New York-born and raised saxophonist and drummer of Cuban American heritage — has developed a career building environments that help artists and organizations achieve their goals. EOP serves as a professional home for this work, offering the full range of Oberstein’s expertise and experience.

EOP offers four types of services:

  • Music Producing
  • Artist Management
  • Consulting for Arts Organizations: Curation + Strategy
  • Teaching: Arts Management & Entrepreneurship, Creative Producing

With the launch of his company, Oberstein also announced an inaugural roster of visionary artists as management clients, including:

Oberstein will grow his management roster in the coming months.

Oberstein writes:

“It has been a dream of mine for many years to serve culture-changing artists and organizations with my own company. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of capacities across the arts fields, working with some of the leading creative minds of our time. I am excited to use this experience to advise artists and organizations on strategy and serve as a collaborator to help them realize their grandest projects and ambitions.”

In addition to long creative associations with artists including Dafnis Prieto and Arturo O’Farrill, Oberstein is a veteran arts and cultural executive with 15 years of experience managing arts organizations in the non-profit and higher education spheres, including Harlem Stage, Duke Performances at Duke University, and the Afro Latin Jazz Alliance. He has also served as a curator of world-class performing arts programming, a creative producer with deep experience developing new commissions and performing arts projects with forward-thinking artists, and an educator helping young people imagine and pursue meaningful professional lives in the arts, having taught Arts Management for three years at Duke University. In the 2025/2026 academic year, Oberstein will teach courses in Performing Arts Management & Entrepreneurship at Teachers College, Columbia University and George Mason University.
