Bloodstock Announces New Initiatives, Charity Partners & More Exciting Plans

Bloodstock, the UK’s premier metal festival, has just unveiled a new initiative for 2025, showcasing its commitment to fans with “The 100.” This unique opportunity will randomly select 50 weekend ticket holders to enjoy special behind-the-scenes experiences at the festival, including backstage tours, meet-and-greets with festival directors, and the chance to interact with headliners during the load-in.

The selected attendees will also receive a special goody bag and access to a dedicated chill-out area. Winners will be notified by email and can bring a +1 to share in the experience. The “The 100” initiative will continue annually, offering more fans the chance to be part of this exclusive group.

The 50 metalheads selected will have the option of inviting a +1 to join them, providing they are also in possession of a weekend ticket, to enjoy the following complimentary experiences and perks with them:

• Backstage tour and meet & greet with one of the Festival Directors!
• Load-in tour – high chances of bumping into and watching one of the headliners load in on the main stage!
• The 100 Goody-Bag. Includes collectable merchandise and limited edition rarities!
• Your own chill-out undercover area exclusively for The 100 in the arena!
• Join the private Facebook group for The 100 and get to know your future friends in advance!

In addition, Bloodstock has also confirmed its charity partners for 2025: The Sophie Lancaster Foundation and Metal For Good.

The Sophie Lancaster Foundation, long supported by the festival, continues its vital work combating prejudice and intolerance, particularly through educational programs in schools and outreach efforts.

Metal For Good, a charity that uses music’s transformative power to improve communities, will also be featured at the festival. Both organizations will have merchandise stands at the event to raise funds and awareness.

The Sophie Lancaster Foundation will also host a unique raffle, offering a rare, signed 2005 Bloodstock backdrop. This memorabilia, donated by Adam Carruthers, holds special significance for Bloodstock fans and will raise funds for the Foundation’s important work.

Returning for 2025, Bloodstock’s popular CD & T-shirt Amnesty will allow festival-goers to donate unwanted items at the Information Tent in exchange for a chance to grab pre-loved festival gear at a bargain price. All proceeds will support the charity partners.
