Blair Jollands Premieres Poignant Animated Video for “Wading In The Water”
London-based singer-songwriter Blair Jollands premieres his poignant new single and video for video “Wading In The Water.”

Described by Boy George as the “The bastard son of Jim Morrison & Desi Arnaz,” London-based, New Zealand-born singer-songwriter Blair Jollands has today released his brand new album Little Comet.
Little Comet is Blair’s 4th studio Album, consisting of all original compositions, recorded in 2024 in London, Spain & Nigeria and will see the singer perform an exclusive album headline show at Water Rats in London later today.
The release of the album comes accompanied by a feature video for “Wading In The Water,” which follows on from previous singles, “The Breaking,” “Don’t Cry,” “Make Love Great Again,” and “Cruel World,” continuing Blair’s musical evolution.
Speaking about the album and his musical evolution, Blair says:
“It’s a double dose of melodies, transporting lyrics and audible imagery through space and time splash landing in the Mohave desert. I set out to write a 5 song EP, but gems kept coming, who was I to ignore.”
He goes on to add:
“Every album I do has a concept and a sense of direction. The most important idea for this album was movement. There’s something new being introduced throughout, both chorus or verse, whether it’s vocal or instrumentation, a different rhythm or an unexpected style.”
Blair is also known for his work on the Emmy & Golden Globe nominated Shackleton, Alien vs Predator & Pride, plus his Bafta-nominated Sky Atlantic series Fortitude starring Michael Gambon, and Netflix series Bodies, starring Stephen Graham.
He has worked with Madonna and Rhianna, Jammed with Grace Jones and James ‘Sparks’ Sinclair (Johnny Cash), and collaborated with Gordon Raphael (The Strokes).
Little Comet is out today, and you can pick up your copy from here.
