Ten Years of GALA: GALA Festival Reveals 2025 Lineup
GALA Festival, London’s leading electronic music festival marks its tenth year of cutting-edge sounds. Over the second May Bank Holiday weekend (May 23-25 2025) Peckham Rye Park will be transformed into an electronic music utopia.

London’s leading electronic music festival marks its tenth year of cutting-edge sounds. Over the second May Bank Holiday weekend (May 23-25 2025) Peckham Rye Park will be transformed into an electronic music utopia.
This monumental anniversary calls for the independent festival’s heftiest lineup to date, composed of the most desirable acts within the scene. Following three sold-out shows at The Roundhouse, Caribou will be joining us to perform his latest material. The incredible Floating Points steals Friday’s headline spot off the back of his critically acclaimed album Cascade. Theo Parrish will be celebrating the anniversary with an 8-hour marathon set, and the Iconic Moodymann plays his first London open-air set in 3 years.
Other noteworthy debuts include Hudson Mohawke, Avalon Emerson, Floorplan, Ben UFO and KiNK, who will perform live. Stage hosts and partners include the likes of NTS Radio, Nicholas Daley, Chapter Ten, Rush Hour, Refuge Worldwide and Club Are.
Gala caters to all aspects of this vast genre. Kicking things off with a bass-heavy Friday in partnership with NTS. Detroit’s Ghetto Tech trio Hitech join in on the fun, Dub enthusiast Haseeb Iqbal and Floating Points are all a must-see for myself. Saturday has a club centric theme with the likes of Chapter Ten, The Cause and Amaliah at the forefront. Rounded off with a traditional feel-good Sunday finale.
Returning partners include NTS, Deviation, Rush Hour, Jumbi, Horse Meat Disco, BORN N BREAD, Refuge Worldwide, and Nicholas Daley’s Woven Rhythms.
From humble beginnings as a 3,000-person two-stage show, to taking up a three-day residence in South East London’s Peckham Rye Park, GALA now stands proudly as London’s largest independent festival, welcoming 30,000 attendees each year.
Giles Napier, Director of GALA & RALLY Festivals, says:
“It means a huge amount to be joining the ten year club. Like all independent festivals we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs but to see GALA evolve into what it is now makes me exceptionally proud. To this day nothing gets me more excited than seeing heroes of the scene and future stars alike perform in the intimacy of Peckham Rye Park. Sharing gratitude with everyone who’s passed through GALA’s gates since our beginnings in Brockwell. We’re still alive, we’re still independent and we owe you all a lot. Thank you.”
