UK four-piece Call Me Amour have released their brand new self-titled EP via Circular Wave. To celebrate the release, they’ve shared a POV-style music video for the EP’s latest single, “Where’s The Chemistry.”

“Where’s The Chemistry” is the new focus track for the self-titled EP recorded by George Perks (Enter Shikari, You Me At Six, Skindred) in the idyllic settings of Vada Studios Manor House in Alcester. It contains five songs, two of which feature prominent guests: Mikey Chapman (Mallory Knox) and Scott Kennedy (Bleed From Within).

Frontman Harry Radford comments on the new single:

“‘Where’s The Chemistry?’ is basically about chasing your dreams which can feel like the ultimate goal, something you’ve poured your heart and soul into. But sometimes, when you finally achieve it, you realise it’s not as glamorous or fulfilling as you once imagined. Instead of pure joy, it can bring unexpected challenges and burdens you never anticipated.”

Speaking about the EP, guitarist Geoff Murphy shares:

“The EP is something that we’ve been putting together over the past year, revisiting ideas and utilising all of our influences to create something that we’re really happy with. I think it shows what we can do and also shows diversity in our sound as we have mangled a few genres into these five tracks. George Perks was a big part of this EP and his creative input and vision was second to none. Also to have two giants of their craft in Mikey Chapman of Mallory Knox & Scott Kennedy of Bleed From Within feature on this EP was incredible. Both of them bringing out the best in the tracks they featured on.”

Call Me Amour have kicked off the new year with an extensive EU and UK tour with 23 shows supporting Set It Off. The new tour follows a series of successful support tours in 2023 and 2024 (together with artists like The Hara, Pop Evil, Against The Current and Mallory Knox) and the band’s first headline show in the sold-out Camden Underworld, London, at the end of September 2024.
