Savelene Release Their Brand New Single “A New End”
Savelene, a new hard rock project from Rich Sookrah and Dallas Toni, has released their latest single “A New End.”

Savelene’s new single, “A New End,” is a deep dive into the complexities of relationships and personal growth. Formed during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Savelene is the brainchild of Rich Sookrah (vocals) and Dallas Toni (guitars), who explore themes of fear, acceptance, and the bittersweet nature of endings. With their latest single, they confront the emotional tension that arises when relationships end and what comes after.
Commenting on the song, they state:
“Each beginning comes from a new end. Sure, something ended, but that means we have an exciting new beginning.”
The song was inspired by the navigation of relationships—both past and present—and the lessons learned through them. “A New End” captures the simultaneous sense of loss and hope that comes with endings, layered over a unique blend of rock and alt-metal influences.
With multiple time signatures and key changes, “A New End” stands out for its unique structure and the raw emotion it carries. Dallas and Rich blend tension and release, creating a track that feels both conflicted and relieved. The lyrics reflect on the complexities of relationships, showing that even in the end, there is growth and acceptance. The song also touches on the tension between longing and the realization that it’s ok to let go.
Savelene’s blend of heavy rock with smooth, pop-infused hooks is reminiscent of influences like Deftones, Glassjaw, and Alexisonfire. The band’s music is for those who appreciate a balance of power and vulnerability.
