J-Card Press ‘Fountains of Wayne’ to Be Released on March 13th
J-Card Press has announced the release of their new biography ‘Fountains of Wayne’ on March 13th, written by author Fiona McQuarrie.

J-Card Press is very pleased to announce that the fourth release in their series of short-form biographies will be released on March 13th, 2025. Written by journalist and author Fiona McQuarrie, Fountains of Wayne charts the career of the seminal pop-pop band. Later this year J-Card Press will be releasing books on Laughing Hyenas and Ween, with more to be announced soon.
Fountains of Wayne were one of the top bands of the nineties and early 2000s. Between 1996 and 2011 they produced five albums that were universally praised for superb songwriting and brilliant playing. They’re considered one of the best power-pop bands of all time.
Fountains of Wayne, the first full-length biography of the beloved band, goes beyond their huge hit “Stacy’s Mom” to explore the group’s entire history and the lasting legacy of their music. With their brilliantly written songs, combining smart pop melodies with keenly observed lyrical portraits of ordinary life, Fountains of Wayne acquired devoted fans all around the world. Fountains of Wayne draws on contemporary sources to chronicle the highs and lows of the group’s career, demonstrating why the band continues to be admired, listened to, and celebrated.
