Eem Triplin Announces ‘MELODY OF A MEMORY’ Due February 17th via RCA Records
Trap artist Eem Triplin has announced his debut album, ‘MELODY OF A MEMORY,’ set for release on February 17th via RCA Records.

Since emerging onto the scene with viral hits like “AWKWARD FREESTYLE” and “JUST FRIENDS,” 23-year-old Eem Triplin has grown into one of rap’s most promising young stars. Entering 2025 on a mission, Eem Triplin officially announces MELODY OF A MEMORY, his debut album, coming February 17th via RCA Records.
Home to recent singles like “FIJI” featuring Cruza and “CRAZY H*ES,” the upcoming album deepens Eem’s world of ear-teasing melodies and easygoing romance with dreamlike soundscapes. The album was shaped by a team of producers that includes the GRAMMY-winning Dahi (formerly DJ Dahi), who serves as the album’s executive producer, Matthew Castellanos, Charlie Myles, and Eem Triplin himself.
Eem states:
“It’s been a long time coming, but I hope fans know that I’ve been putting a lot of hard work into this album. I’m excited for the people to finally hear what we’ve been cooking up over the past year or so while I’ve been in the studio with the homies Dahi, Matt, Charlie, and more. This project reveals parts of me that I haven’t shared before and also shows a side of my sound that I haven’t shown folks yet. I think it shows my evolution as an artist, and I hope people hear that when they tune in.”
The Johnstown, Pennsylvania native just shared “MISS ME?,” the latest single from the album and his first release since signing to RCA Records. Produced by Dahi, Eem, and Bryan Yepes, “MISS ME?” is a statement of purpose from the young artist as he looks to put his stamp on the new year. Skating atop skittering percussion with his signature sing-song flow, Eem rhymes about being his unapologetic, charming self, even as his come-up accelerates: “Thinkin’ I changed, but I’m still like that/Ten missed calls, but I’ll get right back,” he rhymes with a smirk. The layered production bolsters his appealingly raspy vocals with cinematic strings and bouncy 808s, culminating in a quiet coda featuring arpeggiating synths.
MELODY OF A MEMORY is Eem Triplin’s first project since his 2023 debut EP, STILL PRETTY. Eem spent the intervening 18 months building a loyal fanbase, performing live as an opener for artists like LUCKI and his good friend $NOT, showing out at festivals like Rolling Loud and European fests like Clout Festival and Splash! Festival, and performing his first-ever headlining show in his small hometown of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. In 2024, Eem performed his first headlining tour, the “STILL PRETTY North American Tour,” selling 11,000 tickets across 21 shows (90 percent sellout), released fan-favourite singles like “stephanie,” and collaborating with Camila Cabello on her song “baby pink.”
Most recently, Eem generated conversation with the first MELODY OF A MEMORY singles. He connected with R&B group Cruza on the heartfelt “FIJI,” earning the cover of New Music Daily on Apple Music and an interview with Zane Lowe. In the fall, Eem shared “CRAZY H*ES,” which featured production from Eem, Charlie Myles, and the acclaimed producer team Beach Noise (Kendrick Lamar, Baby Keem, Bakar).
With hundreds of millions of streams in the bank and much further to rise, Eem Triplin is on a superstar trajectory. Stay tuned for more announcements about MELODY OF A MEMORY.
