Viagra Boys Announce Infinite Anxiety Tour 2025
Viagra Boys announce Infinite Anxiety Tour 2025 with appearances at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.
Stockholm post-punk band Viagra Boys, who were just revealed as part of the Coachella 2025 lineup, have announced their infinite anxiety tour of 2025. The tour starts at Coachella on April 12, followed by a stint across Europe and the UK in April and May.
They’ll then return to the U.S. and Canada for their first headline shows in the territory in two years, beginning September 10 in Vancouver. The 23-date North American leg includes stops in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and many more (full dates below). Presale tickets are available at 9 AM PST on Wednesday 11th, followed by the general on sale at 10 AM local time on Thursday 12th.
Two years removed from their excellent third album, Cave World, Viagra Boys have continued their meteoric rise into the hearts and ears of fans across the globe. Their live shows have become the stuff of legend, with tales of shrimp being thrown on stage and cheese being grated on fans’ heads. Paired with frontman Sebastian Murphy‘s powerful stage presence and the talented musicians backing him, the Viagra Boys are a must-see act.
Since their founding in 2015 and across three albums, Viagra Boys have carved out a unique place in the post-punk landscape, led by vocalist Sebastian Murphy’s sharp and sometimes hilarious observations on the absurdity of the mundane and the mundanity of the absurd. Their sound carries the spit and seethe of Iggy Pop, the drunken stumble of David Yow, and the haunted bark of Nick Cave, but they push those influences into wilder, uncharted territory. Motorik grooves pulse beneath post-punk grime, no-wave howls erupt in chaotic bursts, and for every gruff and gritty croak in their catalogue, they counter with unexpected elements like bongos, squared-off synths, and a squonky saxophone.
