Parkway Cinema Releasing “Lost and Found” Single in Support of Men’s Mental Health Awareness
Pop-punk band Parkway Cinema has announced the release of their new single “Lost and Found,” raising awareness for men’s mental health.
Emerging pop-punk band Parkway Cinema is thrilled to announce the release of their highly anticipated single, “Lost and Found,” which combines their signature high-energy sound with a heartfelt narrative inspired by real-life struggles and triumphs in mental health. The single will be available on all major streaming platforms on November 29th, 2024.
“Lost and Found” is more than just a song; it’s an anthem of resilience and self-discovery, reflecting the band’s dedication to raising awareness for men’s mental health. The release aligns with Parkway Cinema’s ongoing initiative, Bros Before Lows, a grassroots soon-to-be registered nonprofit organization focused on breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and creating actionable solutions for those in need.
Partnering with Movember for a Greater Cause:
As part of their mission, Parkway Cinema has proudly partnered with Movember, the globally renowned organization committed to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of mental health resources for young men. Together, the band is aiming to raise 10,000 dollars to support Movember’s critical initiatives. Proceeds from the song and upcoming fundraising events will go directly toward funding programs that provide vital support for young men experiencing mental health challenges.
Founder of Bros Before Lows and lead singer of Parkway Cinema Mathieu Harbec says:
“Through Bros Before Lows, we want to create a safe space for men to find support, celebrate small wins, and take meaningful steps toward recovery—whether it’s booking a doctor’s appointment, applying for school, or seeking therapy. Partnering with Movember is a natural fit as we work together to prevent the rising number of young men taking their own lives.”
Parkway Cinema’s music serves as a powerful bridge between entertainment and mental health advocacy. With relatable lyrics, energetic instrumentation, and an honest portrayal of struggles such as substance abuse and unhealthy relationships, the band creates a sense of connection for fans worldwide. Their first release, “SOBER,” reached nearly 20,000 views on its official music video on YouTube, and the band has performed at community events like the Supercrawl Festival and CJ’s Skatepark’s Kids Being Kids Cancer Awareness Event.
Founded in 2024, Parkway Cinema is a Brampton-based pop-punk band known for their bold sound and heartfelt storytelling. Led by frontmen Mathieu Harbec and Blake Moss, the band fuses their passion for music with a dedication to advocacy, using their platform to shed light on critical issues such as mental health and substance abuse.
