After six years, Sebastian Bach returned to Vancouver with his “Child Within the Man Tour” and rocked the Vogue Theatre on October 8th.

The Canadian rockstar is touring with a completely new band, band members that were not even born when Bach started his career in the ’80s and playing the drums is his son Paris.

This Vancouver show featured the local rock band, Brass Camel. Looking like they were coming from an ’80s high-end party they brought their unique rock style and great energy to delight the earlycomers. They performed songs like “Easy,” “Only Love,” “First Contact” and others.

Stepping for the first time on Canadian soil, Kurt Deimer was the second one to perform. The Ohio native brought his positive message of love and supporting each other over his hard rock songs. He started his set with “Dance” followed by “Doom.”

He covered “Have a Cigar” by Pink Floyd and performed nine songs in total, closing out with “Fight,” where he asked the crowd to join him chanting, “Fight!” at the beginning of the song.

What Do I Got to Lose?” was the first song Bach performed from his last album, Child Within the Man. He performed songs he made popular in his Skid Row days like, “Here I Am,” “Piece of Me,” “18 and Life,” “I Remember You,” and others.

Sebastian Bach had many interactions with the fans, showing how funny he can be with all his stories and anecdotes. From his new album, he performed “(Hold On) To the Dream,” “Everybody Bleeds,” and “Freedom.”

He performed 18 songs and closed with the debut single from Skid Row and their 1989 debut album “Youth Gone Wild.”
