‘Traction Park Massacre’ Announces New York Comic Con Panel Inspired by the Infamous Action Park
Terror Twins, LLC has announced a panel at this year’s New York Comic Con on October 17th for the new film ‘Traction Park Massacre.’
Terror Twins, LLC announces their New York Comic Con panel for the upcoming feature film Traction Park Massacre, which intertwines the terrifying fictional narrative with the unbelievable true story of the infamous Action Park in New Jersey. The panel will take place at the Javits Center on October 17th at 6:30 pm, Rm. 408. Tickets are on sale now.
Moderated by Michael Gingold (Fangoria) alongside panelist and comedian Chris Gethard, discover how reality inspired fiction and learn about the park’s dangerous history that earned it the moniker “Class Action Park,“ joined by co-directors and writers Adam Dubin (Murder at the Front Row, A Year And A Half In The Life Of Metallica) and Douglas diMonda, cast members Kai Thomas Schulz, Bodhi Schulz (American Horror Story), and Helene Henry (Haunted Mansion).
In conjunction with today’s NYCC panel announcement, Brooklyn metal group DAS MOÖSE has released the movie’s theme song, “Traction Park Massacre (Don’t Cry For Me),” available via all digital platforms. The track is taken from their upcoming debut, full-length album, Moösehenge, due out October 16th.
This old-school slasher flick is an audacious joy ride that brings together two groups of strong characters isolated in an abandoned amusement park called ACTION WONDERLAND, which is now at the mercy of the Terror Twins, played by Kai Thomas Schulz and Bodhi Schulz. The fictional park in the film is a dangerous local amusement park that burned to the ground fifteen years earlier, supposedly killing then ten-year-old twins OTTO and EMIL VON METZGER, giving rise to urban legends. But the TERROR TWINS are alive, and they hunt those thrill seekers who are foolish enough to attempt to find the remains of the abandoned park.
Additionally starring Scarlett James, Tori Sen, Jacob Kaufman, McKalin, and Lucas Hyde, featuring a soundtrack chock-full of classic metal, and a bold ’80s-inspired score from Alex Skolnick of Testament.
