Pink Panther Project ‘Intoxicate You’ with Their “Pink Panther Chronicles” Video [Premiere]
British electronic outfit Pink Panther Project premiere the video for “Pink Panther Chronicles” from their new album ‘Intoxicating Embrace.’
When you hear Pink Panther Project’s brand new single “Pink Panther Chronicles,” you might be more likely to put the pedal to the metal. Its accompanying video confirms that this is one song meant for driving. And, as the clip illustrates, if not driving, something else that gets the adrenaline riding high, like motorcycling or snowboarding.
“Pink Panther Chronicles” is from the London group’s debut album, Intoxicating Embrace. You can look out for its release on September 16th via The Circle Music and Marian Whores. The pulsating dance beat and haunting vocals from singer Uela are reminiscent of the atmosphere of an underground dance club. It’s a hard-driving club track that could fit into any era of electronic dance music.
Commenting on the song, Pink Panther Project singer Uela states:
“We wanted to create something that would make people dance but also leave a lasting impression. We think ‘Pink Panther Chronicles’ achieves that, and we’re excited to see how listeners react.”
This is the third single from Intoxicating Embrace. It’s more of an immersion into the band’s unique brand of dark dance and industrial music. There’s a mysteriousness about the song that is accentuated by its lyrics, which set the scene for the Pink Panther, a mysterious being that lurks in the shadows. It was only last year that Pink Panther Project formed.
The general structure of their sound is electronic, but Intoxicating Embrace is a varied experience. It has total dancefloor moments but also more melodic and emotional songs. While they aim for you to dance to it, the group also designed this record to be good for any mood or moment. It’s all about the listening experience, and Intoxicating Embrace will pull you right into where you won’t want to leave.
