Alt-Rockers Centershift Unveil Latest Single “A Fire Within”

Southern California rock/alt group Centershift has announced the release of their newest single, “A Fire Within.” The single is part of a new collection of songs the band wrote and recorded during the summer and will kick off an upcoming new album cycle with multiple singles and music videos. Centershift is the brainchild of ex-Onesidezero frontman/guitarist Jasan Radford, who has built up a solid reputation and listenership around California with their diehard work ethic and powerful songwriting over the past few years. Centershift is rounded out by Ryan Shane Stuber (ex-Shuvel) on guitar, Ted Wenri (ex-Bemus) on bass, and drummer Stefan Storace (ex-BLüPRNT).

“A Fire Within” is just the first of new music being unveiled by the group, which was produced by Jose Alcantar (Linkin Park, Blue October, Imagine Dragons, All-American Rejects). Centershift crafts heavy rock music inspired by their decades of experience and continues to build a fanbase across multiple generations and the globe.

Commenting on the single, Radford states:

“‘A Fire Within’ is about our passion for songwriting and how it can be wielded for personal growth. I believe the best thing for a creative mind to stay healthy is to keep it busy daily. To all my friends who write music, run businesses, and create in any way, this song is for you.”

Self-expression, creativity, and connecting with fans are the biggest priorities of Radford and the company, which are in the studio weekly and working on other creative ventures within music. 2022 and 23 were two of the busiest years these hard rock vets have ever had, and they plan to outwork that in late 2024.

In addition to releasing independent radio charting albums and singles, the guys in Centershift have also been recently involved with opening a music rehearsal/recording studio (Blueprint Music Studios), Jasan is also producing a live music TV show (The Blueprint Sessions), operating a record label (Auspicious Recordings), and even seeing the continued growth of Jasan’s successful music marketing company (Radford Media Group). The band understands that music is only a part of the connection with fans and making an impact in the music industry, and each day is a chance to create value in many ways.
