Chris Brown Ignites Vancouver with His “11:11 Tour” [Photos]
R&B superstar Chris Brown made a stop on his “11:11 Tour” at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena for a four-act extravaganza of songs and surprises.
Vancouver experienced Chris Brown’s “11:11 Tour” at the Rogers Arena on July 27th. For this tour, the R&B superstar brought along Florida singer and songwriter Muni Long and Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter Ayra Starr. Still, it has been just one of them performing in each city, and for Vancouver, we got Muni Long.
Muni performed songs like “Time Machine,” “Crack,” “Hrs and Hrs,” and her latest single, “Made for Me.” The world-famous DJ Fresh entertained the crowd with a great selection of music while CB was getting ready for his show.
Chris Brown divides his show into four acts based on the elements; each act comes with a change of wardrobe. For the first act, Fire, some of the songs he performed were “Run Away,” “Party,” “Beat It,” and “Ayo.” Water was the second act, and he opened with “Bruce Lee.” Also included were songs like “Liquor,” “Wet the Bed,” and “Pills & Automobiles.” In the middle of the act, while performing “Only,” Brown got hooked up to a harness, flew over the crowd, and was transported to a secondary stage where he performed a few other songs.
The third act was titled Water. He performed songs like “Don’t Judge Me,” “Play No Games,” “She Ain’t You,” and closed with “No Air.” For the final act, Earth, Brown had a random selector with over 20 songs not in the setlist. The songs selected from the list were “Kiss Kiss,” “Deuces,” and “With You.”
Performing over 40 songs for over two hours, he closed with “Grass Ain’t Greener” and left the stage after thanking all the fans for their support.
