Black Reuss Releases Music Video for “Loner” Single off Album ‘Arrival’
Black Reuss debuts the music video for “Loner,” a single from the band’s December 2023-released album, ‘Arrival.’
Black Reuss is the river of life of a man who describes the changes and chapters he has experienced through music. Life is like a river, always in motion, mostly downhill. The name comes from the Reuss, a Swiss river that rises in the Gotthard massif in the middle of Switzerland, where Black Reuss lived during the writing of Metamorphosis.
Stylistically, the band is at home in doomy, gothic heavy metal with a touch of melancholy and a certain heaviness, the heaviness that has accompanied him in some chapters of his life. And like the river that carries more and more water, the experiences and knowledge that Black Reuss gathers on his way become more and more until one day, the light goes out and disappears in the eternal sea.
The band will take the audience on this journey on the raven waters of the river of life in four chapters: Metamorphosis, Journey, Arrival and Death. On December 1st, 2023, the album Arrival was released, including the single “Loner.”
