No Play Festival Returns in September with Stacked Line-up

Celebrating the best of not only their local underground music scene but also bringing some quality national and international acts to the city, Liverpool once again plays host to the brilliant No Play Festival (check out our coverage of last year’s event). Returning on September 7th, 2024, No Play Festival has recently wrapped up its line-up for this year’s event.

Taking place across three stages at local venues Liverpool Arts Club, EBGB’s, and Jacaranda, No Play have confirmed their No Play Festival main stage will be headlined by none other than the mighty San Diego punk/hardcore crew See You Space Cowboy. Now, if that isn’t enough to whet your appetite, the hardcore outfit will be joined on the main stage by a mouthwatering bill featuring Heriot, Cauldron and Grove Street amongst others.

No Play Festival isn’t just about the heavy-hitting top-of-the-bill acts. Across all three stages, the promoters have pulled together a cracking line-up of up-and-coming National and local acts. For those whose musical leanings point towards heavier things, the East Midlands metallic hardcore of Durendal and the chaotic metalcore of Long Goodbye should be among the acts appearing who will scratch that it, while those of you who tread in more melodic, anthemic waters, bands like Death Of Me land a place on this impressive bill.
