Gigantic Bicycle Festival Rings in 10th Year with Electrifying Music Lineup
Known for its scenic road and trail bicycle rides, the Gigantic Bicycle Festival is scheduled to take place in Snoqualmie, WA on August 4th and 5th of this year.
Known for its scenic road and trail bicycle rides, Washington’s premiere music, visual art and bicycle festival – Gigantic Bicycle Festival – is scheduled to take place in Snoqualmie, WA, on August 4th and 5th of this year. Featuring a diverse and regionally representative mix of creativity, the festival welcomes guest speakers, sculpture, speciality workshops and interactive art installation experiences. The 2023 festival will return to Snoqualmie’s Centennial Fields Park with performances by notable bands from across the country (some still TBA)! Supported bike rides with 60 and 20 mile routes depart from the festival grounds Saturday morning. Festival goers spend the weekend camping, exploring the Snoqualmie Valley by bike, and taking in an impressive music lineup, outdoor movies, art and installation.
The entire experience forces us to rethink how we access activities. The Pacific Northwests’ passion for bike riding is right on par with its passion for music; energizing the community with a multitude of art forms, we can expect performances by prolific singer-songwriter Thao, noise-pop band Bleached, DJ Troy Nelson and so much more. First you ride your bike and when you’re done, you get to hang out, listen to music, check out art installations and food trucks, watch outdoor movies, and camp out. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate midsummer in the Pacific Northwest.
Additional Notes:
The festival will be adding a 60 Mile Trail Ride this year that will depart from the festival grounds Saturday morning. The Gigantic 60 and 30 miles gravel rides and 20 miles road ride will be the three ride options.
The festival and camp grounds will open at 5pm on Friday, with DJs, food trucks, art & installation in the park Friday evening.
Friday Schedule (August 4th):

5:30pm – DJ Troy Nelson
6:00pm – Bicycle Yoga
7:00pm – MAITA
8:15pm – Who Is She?
