To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of “Northern Touch,” one of the most iconic and groundbreaking rap songs in Canadian music history, a unique one-of-a-kind Northern Touch Pop-Up event will take place between 4:00-8:00 pm EST on Saturday, February 25th at Northern Touch Vintage store located at 612 Richmond Street West in downtown Toronto.

Hosted by Master T (former MuchMusic VJ) and featuring appearances from Juno Award-winner Red 1 (Rascalz), Def Jam Recordings executive and Canada’s Got Talent judge Kardinal Offishall as well as DJ Rxckz who will be spinning tunes all night. Premium cognac brand, D’USSÉ, has teamed up with Canadian lifestyle brand Caked, and Northern Touch Vintage, one of Toronto’s premiere vintage and streetwear shopping destinations, to curate this historic celebration.

With 2023 being the 50th anniversary of hip-hop culture, this one-night-only event in downtown Toronto will help celebrate and shed light on this key Canadian music contribution to the wider global hip-hop culture conversation. The event will bring together a broad spectrum of music enthusiasts and fans of this seminal Canadian hip-hop classic by the Rascalz featuring Choclair, Checkmate, Kardinal Offishall and Thrust.

Attendees can expect to experience a night of nostalgia, great music, and exclusive limited-edition merchandise that will be available for sale.
