Watch American Authors’ Animated “Christmas Karaoke” Lyric Video
Alternative band American Authors has been getting into the holiday spirit and is excited to share their animated lyric video for “Christmas Karaoke.”

Alternative band American Authors has been getting into the holiday spirit and is excited to share their animated lyric video for “Christmas Karaoke.” The band recently performed the original track on Live with Kelly And Ryan, decked out in festive sweaters fitting for the time of year. In addition to “Christmas Karaoke,” American Authors also shared a cover of the Christmas classic “Sleigh Ride” earlier this month. These songs celebrate holiday traditions, and with them, American Authors are doing their part to serve up a little extra joy this holiday season.
Frontman Zac Barnett shares:
“‘Christmas Karaoke’ is probably the best Christmas song to come out since Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want For Christmas,’ and what better way to celebrate our new holiday anthem than with a silly animated lyric video! Feel free to keep it on repeat while your crazy uncle drinks too much hot buttered rum this holiday season.”
American Authors will soon gear up to release a new album in early 2023. The band will also be performing across the U.S. beginning February 10th for the “Best Night Of My Life Tour,” featuring support from Billy Raffoul. Tickets are on sale now and available at www.weareamericanauthors.com/tour.
Barnett comments on the tour:
“It’s been so long since we’ve done a proper tour, we’re pulling out all the stops on this one! Playing all your favorite American Authors songs from the past, new jams from our upcoming album, & who knows, maybe even some requests & cover songs. Oh ya, & there might be some special collaborations with our good friend Billy Raffoul who will be opening the shows every night too.”
