“To celebrate the arrival of winter, we’re reaching back almost a century with a cover of the 1940 classic ‘It’s a Blue World.’ This mood feels right as we imagine the intergenerational hangs that happen around the holidays and remember the music of our grandparents at childhood holidays. It’s our first recording of a cover, which we’d like to offer as an end-of-year thanks to all of you for listening and coming along for the ride. We’ve had an amazing year and indeed it would be a blue world without y’all!”
The band is due to release new music in 2023; watch this space.
