New York Dup poptropicaslutz! Drop New Single/Video via Epitaph Records
poptropicaslutz! just dropped their single and music video for, “the last time i was scared was when you caught me trying to kill you,” via Epitaph Records.
poptropicaslutz! is a New York State-based twosome consisting of Nick Crawford and Christian Cicilia. The duo just dropped their single and music video for, “the last time i was scared was when you caught me trying to kill you,” via Epitaph Records. According to a recent press release, the band’s sound lands “…somewhere on the line of hyper-pop and alternative [and] they have created a unique sound with earnest, heart-on-sleeve lyrics and an emo delivery.”
More info from the same press release notes that, “poptropicaslutz! is an authentic emo-pop group for generation Z. The ‘Hyper-Punk’ phenomenon you’ve never heard of just formed during quarantine, but already have hundreds of kids at their SOLD OUT shows waiting in line for merch, begging for photos with the band.”
