Mysterious mynameisleonidas Explores Feelings of Lost Love on New Single “lost my bass” [Premiere]
Very little is known of producer/musician mynameisleonidas so we shall just let his new track “lost my bass” do the talking instead…
Very little is known of the enigmatic producer/musician mynameisleonidas. Hailing from an undisclosed location somewhere on earth. mynameisleonidas channels the spirit of Greek mythology and conjures a unique blend of soul, pop, rock, electronics and hip hop, peppered with a heady dose of spoken word.
Recently discovered by cult fashion/music label Kitsuné, while we know little about the artist, we’re pretty sure you’ll love the lo-fi electronic pop of his new single “lost my bass”.
Discussing the song, the artist cryptically explains: “‘lost my bass’ is a song I did after my other half left me. It describes my feelings about not being able to live or simply do something without my Goddess.”
With only the minimum of information to go on, the masked artist is going to remain a mystery for some time yet but, while little is known of his past, this surely makes him one to watch for the future.
