The fact that Self Esteem’s headline tour is pretty much a complete sell-out shows just how popular the experimental pop singer is in 2021. The stage name of Rebecca Lucy Taylor, Self Esteem has just dropped her new album, the brilliant Prioritise Pleasure, coupling that with this sell-out headline tour and an award for BBC Music Introducing Artist of the Year, it would be fair to say that 2021 has been a pretty successful year for the singer.

Powering through an energetic, 15-song set that included tracks from both her albums including the title track of her new release, and her 2019 debut, Compliments Please, we sent Carla Mundy along to capture Self Esteem on the final night of this sellout run along with support act Human Interest.
