Metalcore favourites The Devil Wears Prada have shared the video for their brand new, self-produced song “Sacrifice”. The band’s latest offering is demonstrates TDWP’s continued sonic evolution, mixing an almost restrained melodic nuance with full on brutality and is available now via Solid State Records.

Explaining the meaning behind the song, the band said: “‘Sacrifice’ is a song of defeat: its character is exhausted, relinquishing will in an abusive relationship. There is nothing left to fight for.”

The band are on tour this fall with We Came As Romans, Dayseeker and Hollow Front.

Artwork for ‘Sacrifice’ by The Devil Wears Prada

I have an unhealthy obsession with bad horror movies, the song Wanted Dead Or Alive and crap British game shows. I do this not because of the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle it affords me but more because it gives me an excuse to listen to bands that sound like hippos mating.
