SoCal icons The Offspring, have announced an extra UK headline arena show at the Hull Bonus Arena on Friday November 19th. This is an especially important show as it has been set up to be in support of all frontline workers and the NHS – with an allocation of free tickets available for local frontline workers AND proceeds from the sales of the show will go to the registered NHS charity NHS Charities Together.
“If not for the hard work and successful rollout of the vaccine programs by the NHS there wouldn’t even be any live concerts to play! We’re so thrilled to be coming back, finally, to the UK and we’re looking forward to giving something back to those who have stepped up and given so much. Rock on!!!”
Frontman and guitarist Dexter Holland along with bandmate and guitarist Noodles reworked and reworded their classic “Come Out and Play” so the chorus ran “You’ve Got To Go get Vaccinated”.
We can’t wait to get out there and play shows again. And we hear from you guys all the time letting us know that you can’t wait either! But let’s face it… live shows aren't gonna happen until you go get vaccinated. So we thought we’d have a little fun with one of our old songs. pic.twitter.com/uBnwcEWgqV
