Organisers for Arctangent Festival 2022 have revealed a host of brilliant new additions to its line-up for next years event.

Heading up this announcement are the incredible Zeal & Ardor, who have their new album due for release on February 22nd, 2022. Joining them are much loved Welsh 3 piece Mclusky, the enigmatic and mysterious The Armed and US rock band, The Fall Of Troy. Also announced today are Oranssi Pazuzu, Delta Sleep, Rivers of Nihil, Intervals, Alpha Male Tea Party, IMPERIAL TRIUMPHANT, Arabrot, Frontierer, Her Name Is Calla, BRUIT ≤, Down I Go, The Samuel Jackson Five, Castrovalva, Hail The Sun, Satyr, Psychonaut and URNE.

ATG festival booker, James Scarlett said “Other than my 3-year-old child, this lineup is the best thing I have ever created. Hahaha… seriously! I really am so proud of this lineup of bands and I honestly think 2022 will be the best ATG ever. There are more bands to come in a few weeks, but this should get you going for starters – just look at that beautiful lineup poster! I should also point out that we’re already well on our way to a sell-out for ATG 2022, so I suggest people get their tickets ASAP. See you in August!”

This follows the first announcement from earlier this year where it was revealed Opeth and Cult Of Luna would be two of the main stage headliners. Also announced (back in May this year) were TesseracT, MONO, Amenra, Maybeshewill, Alcest, Perturbator, Leprous, Enslaved, Caspian, The Locust, Agent Fresco, Oathbreaker, Intronaut, A.A.Williams, Bell Witch, Talons, Jo Quail, Mass of the Fermenting Dregs and Blodet.

Ticket link for the festival which takes place from August 17th to 20th, can be purchased from here.

I have an unhealthy obsession with bad horror movies, the song Wanted Dead Or Alive and crap British game shows. I do this not because of the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle it affords me but more because it gives me an excuse to listen to bands that sound like hippos mating.
