Cozy Up with Venus Furs’ Latest Single “Living in Constant”
Montreal, QC-based rocker Paul Kasner is a multi-instrumentalist with an interesting alternative solo project dubbed Venus Furs. His self-produced debut will drop later in 2020 and, ahead of that date, Kasner has been regularly releasing new singles such as the latest, “Living in Constant.” Stream the tune below, and find the Sean Mundy-made music video there as well.
Commenting on the tune, Kasner says, “‘Living in Constant’ is centered around a tone-setting, hypnotically repetitive bassline, with doubled guitar riffs building into a trippy crescendo, while lyrically describing the final days of a disgraced priest.”
More new tracks will be released in short order. For those new to the outfit, Venus Furs has previously supported bands such as The Horrors and The Twilight Sad.
