Public Enemy Issue Statement Regarding Flavor Flav
Hip-hop stars Public Enemy have issued a full statement following news that they had sacked founding member Flavor Flav. Read the statement here.
Earlier in the week news emerged that hip-hop superstars Public Enemy had sacked founding member Flavor Flav following a dispute over the group performing at a Bernie Sanders rally.
In response to the news, the band issued a statement clarifying the situation. In the statement, the hip-hop legends state: “Flavor Fav has been on suspension since 2016 when he went MIA from the Henry Belafonte benefit in Atlanta, Georgia.”
