Hatebreed Unleash New Song “When The Blade Drops”; First New Music in Four Years
Metal heavyweights Hatebreed have released a new track, “When The Blade Drops” ahead of their Spring European tour with Parkway Drive.

Conneticut metal heavyweight Hatebreed have returned with their first new single in four years in the form of “When The Blade Drops”.
“This is just a taste of what’s to come and we’re definitely going hard on this one,” says frontman Jamey Jasta. “The speed, intensity, and brutality that people have come to expect from us is on full display. Can’t wait to play this one live and see the pit erupt.”
The anthemic track, which you can pick up here, is a special treat for fans as Hatebreed finish their new album, due out later this year. While “When the Blade Drops” won’t appear on the forthcoming album, it certainly sets the table for what’s to come. Stay tuned for more details on Hatebreed’s eighth studio album soon.
“When the Blade Drops” arrives hot on the heels of Hatebreed’s sold-out 25th Anniversary shows in 2019 and the unprecedented success of 2016’s The Concrete Confessional.
Hatebreed will be touring Europe this spring with Parkway Drive and will return to the UK in August to headline the Sophie Lancaster Stage at this year’s Bloodstock Festival
