Following the announcement of the inaugral Slam Dunk France last week, organisers of the UK event have released details of the latest batch of bands set to appear at this May Day Bank Holiday weekender with top news being that Sheffield metallers, While She Sleeps will be headlining the Jagermeister Stage while hardcore heavyweights, Code Orange, will be making their Slam Dunk debut in May.
The full list of new additions reads as follows:
While She Sleeps

Popes Of Chillitown
Me First & The Gimme Gimmes
The Suicide Machines
On their stage headliner appearance, Mat Welsh of While She Sleeps says: “Slam Dunk is one of the best festivals and we always have a great time there, both playing and just experiencing the event. We’re very excited to be playing this year for 2020. Incredible line-up, incredible bands. We’re so stoked to be returning.”
Jami Morgan of Code Orange says: “We’re looking forward to playing Slam Dunk Fest because it’s different for us, and it’s a new audience that we haven’t been super exposed to. I think that we will definitely stand out on the line up, so it should be fun!”
Code Orange and While She Sleeps? Don’t mind us if we just go and wet ourselves in anticipation! If you want a reminder of how good the alt weekender was last year, you can check out some of our photos here:
