Jackson Guitars have confirmed the news that Mick Thomson from Slipknot will be making an in-store meet-and-greet/signing at Guitarguitar Birmingham on the 23rd of January at 6:00PM. Staff will be handing out flyers to be signed and fans are welcome to bring along any records, merch or gear to be autographed. There’s no need to book tickets; however, as a huge turnout is expected, fans are being asked to get down early and get queued up outside.
Slipknot meet and greets are super rare these days – and even more so in the UK. There are no VIP paid for packages or tickets in sight, this is a ‘for the fans’ first-come-first-serve experiance and organisers are hoping the guitarist will stick around and make sure he sees a lot of people.
So, if you’re a fan of Thomson and you fancy chatting to the man himself about his gear then you know where to be.
