What is a Paltrocast?
– In July 2018, New York-based writer and editor Darren Paltrowitz launched the Paltrocast with Darren Paltrowitz in partnership with PureGrainAudio. The bi-weekly podcast features exclusive interviews with top entertainers, entrepreneurs and other influencers. More info on the Paltrocast can be found at www.puregrainaudio.com/paltrocast and www.paltrowitz.com.
– For this edition of the Paltrocast, Darren spoke with some inspiring and very-entertaining from very different walks of life, Spinal Tap bassist Derek Smalls, Lacuna Coil frontwoman Cristina Scabbia, and Everclear founder Art Alexakis. All three have new albums and plenty of touring ahead.
Points of discussion include touring, swimming, solo albums, Century Media Records, the future of the Summerland tour, and what Spinal Tap co-founders David St. Hubbins and Nigel Tufnel are currently up to.
Our guests, from top to bottom: Derek Smalls, Lacuna Coil and Everclear
