As we previously stated in this feature about San Antonio, Texas’ Upon A Burning Body, “everything is in fact bigger in Texas.” Now the metallic and self-proclaimed “Mexican gangsters” are back with more news and this time out it’s a headlining US tour which will see the band trekking through August and September with Of Virtue as direct support and Speaking With Ghosts opening.

Supporting the latest album Southern Hostility—which you can find on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube via Seek and Strike—this will be the quartet’s only headliner in support of the new recording.

Guitarist Ruben Alvarez commented on the news as follows: “Now that you’ve had a chance to hear our new album, it is time to experience Southern Hostility live. This is going to be a tour your definitely not going to want to miss. We will be bringing you a raw and explosive performance full of songs off our new album (and many classic fan favorites), all packed to the brim in very intimate venues. This is what we do best; bring that pure energy to the stage. These shows will sell-out, so make sure and grab your tickets ASAP!”
