Having toured with some of the heavyweights of the metal scene including Machine Head, Fear Factory and Gojira as well as gracing the stages of the UK’s biggest metal festivals including both Bloodstock Open Air and Download Festival, it’s no surprise that Irish groove-metal quartet Dead Label are becoming a much talked about name outside their own country.

Capitalising on the success of their Throne Of Bones debut and a couple of well-received singles, the band head into the Summer of 2019 busy at work on their new album but have found time to put out a taster for what is to come in the form of recent single “False Messiah”. Taking time out for a packed schedule of festivals this Summer, the band are teasing more new music in the form of the new single “Triggered” which you can hear exclusively with us.

Speaking to PureGrainAudio about the track, drummer Claire Percival revealed: “”Triggered” is a different one for us, we wanted to do something fun and lighthearted for festival season! We have the most fun playing “Triggered” and we wanted it to show!”

If you get chance to check out Dead Label at any of their Summer shows expect “Pure Chaos” from the groove metal bruisers:

I have an unhealthy obsession with bad horror movies, the song Wanted Dead Or Alive and crap British game shows. I do this not because of the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle it affords me but more because it gives me an excuse to listen to bands that sound like hippos mating.
